It is around Sadr, the central star of the Cygnus. A butterfly-shaped nebula is seen next to Sadr. This nebula is IC1318.
This photo was taken using the Radian Ultra Triad Narrow filter. What's unusual is that the filter was also used for mono shooting. Mono photography was in charge of the details. This filter photographs a four-channel narrow band, making it easy to create various colors when calibrating.
